DataForge Cost Dashboard

DataForge customers can use the observability repository to report on costs for DataForge and Databricks together.

Download the pre-built cost dashboard below and gain insights into your usage by visualizing breakdowns and identifying cost drivers.

After downloading the dashboard file, import it into your Databricks workspace as a new dashboard to begin tracking your costs. Databricks uses SQL compute with dashboards so a warehouse needs to be set up for the dashboard to display. This dashboard filters Databricks costs for only the relevant jobs compute that DataForge manages.

If you have non-standard pricing with DataForge, you can update the pricing tiers in the queries powering the dashboard.  Reach out to DataForge for assistance if needed.

NOTE: DataForge billing is based on effective start and end dates of the month, but this dashboard calculates graduated pricing based on calendar month start and end. Visit your account billing portal to see which days your subscription starts and ends.
