Talos generated scheduling
Avoid the difficulty of dealing with cron syntax and use Talos to generate and apply schedules to sources. Open Talos AI and ask to create a schedule that you need in a standardized UTC format. Once the schedule is created, Talos will ask if you want to apply it to any sources!
For example, these two prompts will create a new schedule and apply it to a specific source:
"Create a schedule that runs daily at 1pm Central Time." "Apply this schedule to the source 'General Ledger'."
Overhauled menus and options
All the same tools you love in a fresh interface! DataForge menus have been simplified for ease of navigation. The main menu is now categorized to find the tools you need quickly, and the top bar includes menus for user options, help & support, and a quick link to open Talos AI. The workspace version can now be found in the help & support menu.
Improved Talos workflows and performance
Talos has been supercharged to provide quicker response times, better-formatted hyperlinks, and improved workflows.
Unsure of what that attribute you were looking for is called? Type what you think it is, and Talos will use fuzzy matching to provide the best results.
Want to have Talos sift through file contents for you and take action? Upload your file with a prompt and watch it do its magic.
Optimized status and list refreshing
Your workspace just got a little more responsive. All status icons refresh as jobs change or complete, rather than the previous 5-second refresh interval.
Updated process timeline views
Quickly identify outliers with the new timeline views that provide a breakdown of hours, minutes, and seconds for each process.
New prioritization for ingestion queues
Data ingestion queuing has been optimized, using the following priorities to begin:
- Scheduled execution time (earliest)
- Project (alphabetical)
- Schedule (alphabetical)
- Source hard dependency (sources with no dependencies first)
