How to submit a support request and manage existing requests Pinned Featured

Creating a new support request:

UI: Create a Help Center account if you haven't already and sign in. Navigate to the Help Center home page and scroll to the bottom of the page.  Use the ‘Submit a Request’ link to open the submission form.  Fill out the form that opened, click Submit, and then you will receive a confirmation email that a request was opened within our ticketing system.  The 'Submit Request' option in the top right corner of the page works as well.

Email: First you'll need to create an account in the Help Center so you are set up in the support system.  Then, you can send an email to support@dataforgelabs.com to create a new ticket.  You can add attachments or screenshots to the email.  After sending, you will receive a confirmation email that a request was opened.

 

Managing/Updating existing requests: 

As a support team member responds to your request, you will receive email updates.  Optionally, you can view or manage all of your tickets within the Help Center.

Once you are signed in to the help center, click on your profile link at the top right of any page. Click the ‘Requests’ option and you will see a list of the tickets that you have created or a second tab for requests you have been copied onto. 

Click on a request subject link to open it and see the history thread of responses and status.
